What we do

AllSEOToolkit brings together the small, everyday tools that writers, editors, students, marketers and SEO professionals reach for many times a day: converting text case, removing duplicate lines, comparing two versions of a document, counting words and characters, checking keyword density, and more. Each tool does one job, does it fast, and shows the result the moment you paste your text.

Every tool is free to use, with no account, no daily limits and nothing to install. The site is supported by advertising so that it can stay free.

Private by design

Almost every tool on AllSEOToolkit runs entirely inside your web browser. The text you paste is processed on your own device and is never uploaded to our server, stored or read by anyone. That makes the tools safe to use with drafts, client work and anything else you would rather keep to yourself. The few tools that need to contact another website, such as checking the status code of a URL, say so clearly on the page.

How the tools are built

We build each tool around how the task works in real life, not just the simplest version of it. The word counter follows the same rules as Microsoft Word and Google Docs, the sentence counter understands abbreviations like "Dr." and "e.g.", and the character counter counts an emoji as one character, just as a reader sees it. Each tool page explains exactly how its results are calculated, so you can trust the numbers and know when another program might count differently.

Before a tool goes live, we test it with real-world text, including long documents, text copied from PDFs and web pages, and languages other than English, such as Urdu, Arabic, Chinese and Spanish.
